Which the following Judicial Misconduct and/or Law Violations do you want me to use in my Judicial Misconduct Complaint and/or Charges? For the following could all be applied if this Servant District Court unjustly rules, not under the “Black and White Laws” but under the “Colorful Laws of Deception”, in favor of those in the commercial world over my Inherit Rights of those living in the world of reality? • accepting bribes, gifts, or other personal favors related to the judicial office; {clearly identified in Title 28 U.S.C. as benefits and is known as COMMERCIAL BRIBERY}
• having improper discussions with parties or counsel for one side in a case; {the U.S. Attorneys as they are also “Bar” members of your fictional color of law group}
• treating litigants or attorneys in a demonstrably egregious and hostile manner; {continued treatment of the Living Plaintiff as a fictional No-Body person having no living rights}
• discriminating against litigants or attorneys on account of race, ethnicity, sex, or other legally protected attribute; {continued treatment of the Living Plaintiff as a fictional No-Body person having no living rights under color of law}
• engaging in partisan political activity or making inappropriately partisan statements; {this is done by playing more roles in a court of law under Color by playing more than one function, that of being a judge only or even a U.S. BAR Attorney playing two roles, one hidden.}
• soliciting funds for organizations; or {identified in Title 28 U.S.C. as benefits and also kickbacks from the insurance over the court case}
• violating other specific, mandatory standards of judicial conduct, such as those pertaining to restrictions on outside income and requirements for financial disclosure. {these would and could be addressed as various real law violations}
