Axel is a long time friend of the Blog, and at SHOT 2017 he brought out one of shotgun prototypes wherein he took a Remington 11, turned it upside down, then welded an MG42 grip to the bottom portion. He attached an Ace stock, while folding a piece of metal on top of the tube in addition to moving the handguard to the barrel. The prototype is a registered firearm within the United States, and provides some imaginative and creative ways of thinking about small arms design!
