بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ
وَ السَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ الْبُرُوْجِۙ(۱) وَ الْیَوْمِ الْمَوْعُوْدِۙ(۲) وَ شَاهِدٍ وَّ مَشْهُوْدٍؕ(۳) قُتِلَ اَصْحٰبُ الْاُخْدُوْدِۙ(۴) النَّارِ ذَاتِ الْوَقُوْدِۙ(۵) اِذْ هُمْ عَلَیْهَا قُعُوْدٌۙ(۶) وَّ هُمْ عَلٰى مَا یَفْعَلُوْنَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ شُهُوْدٌؕ(۷) وَ مَا نَقَمُوْا مِنْهُمْ اِلَّاۤ اَنْ یُّؤْمِنُوْا بِاللّٰهِ الْعَزِیْزِ الْحَمِیْدِۙ(۸) الَّذِیْ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَیْءٍ شَهِیْدٌؕ(۹) اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ یَتُوْبُوْا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَ لَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِیْقِؕ(۱۰) اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَهُمْ جَنّٰتٌ تَجْرِیْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ ﲜ ذٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْكَبِیْرُؕ(۱۱) اِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِیْدٌؕ(۱۲) اِنَّهٗ هُوَ یُبْدِئُ وَ یُعِیْدُۚ(۱۳) وَ هُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الْوَدُوْدُۙ(۱۴) ذُو الْعَرْشِ الْمَجِیْدُۙ(۱۵) فَعَّالٌ لِّمَا یُرِیْدُؕ(۱۶) هَلْ اَتٰىكَ حَدِیْثُ الْجُنُوْدِۙ(۱۷) فِرْعَوْنَ وَ ثَمُوْدَؕ(۱۸) بَلِ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا فِیْ تَكْذِیْبٍۙ(۱۹) وَّ اللّٰهُ مِنْ وَّرَآىٕهِمْ مُّحِیْطٌۚ(۲۰) بَلْ هُوَ قُرْاٰنٌ مَّجِیْدٌۙ(۲۱) فِیْ لَوْحٍ مَّحْفُوْظٍ۠(۲۲)

شروع الله کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے ِ

آسمان کی قسم جس میں برج ہیں ﴿۱﴾ اور اس دن کی جس کا وعدہ ہے ﴿۲﴾ اور حاضر ہونے والے کی اور جو اس کے پاس حاضر کیا جائے اسکی ﴿۳﴾ کہ خندقوں (کے کھودنے) والے ہلاک کر دیئے گئے ﴿۴﴾ (یعنی) آگ (کی خندقیں) جس میں ایندھن (جھونک رکھا) تھا ﴿۵﴾ جب کہ وہ ان (کے کناروں) پر بیٹھے ہوئے تھے ﴿۶﴾ اور جو( سختیاں) اہل ایمان پر کر رہے تھے ان کو سامنے دیکھ رہے تھے ﴿۷﴾ ان کو مومنوں کی یہی بات بری لگتی تھی کہ وہ خدا پر ایمان لائے ہوئے تھے جو غالب (اور) قابل ستائش ہے ﴿۸﴾ وہی جس کی آسمانوں اور زمین میں بادشاہت ہے۔ اور خدا ہر چیز سے واقف ہے ﴿۹﴾ جن لوگوں نے مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں کو تکلیفیں دیں اور توبہ نہ کی ان کو دوزخ کا (اور) عذاب بھی ہوگا اور جلنے کا عذاب بھی ہوگا ﴿۱۰﴾ (اور) جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک کام کرتے رہے ان کے لیے باغات ہیں جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں۔ یہ ہی بڑی کامیابی ہے ﴿۱۱﴾ بےشک تمہارے پروردگار کی پکڑ بڑی سخت ہے ﴿۱۲﴾ وہی پہلی دفعہ پیدا کرتا ہے اور وہی دوبارہ( زندہ) کرے گا ﴿۱۳﴾ اور وہ بخشنے والا اور محبت کرنے والا ہے ﴿۱۴﴾ عرش کا مالک بڑی شان والا ﴿۱۵﴾ جو چاہتا ہے کر دیتا ہے ﴿۱۶﴾ بھلا تم کو لشکروں کا حال معلوم ہوا ہے ﴿۱۷﴾ (یعنی) فرعون اور ثمود کا ﴿۱۸﴾ لیکن کافر (جان بوجھ کر) تکذیب میں (گرفتار) ہیں ﴿۱۹﴾ اور خدا (بھی) ان کو گردا گرد سے گھیرے ہوئے ہے ﴿۲۰﴾ (یہ کتاب ہزل و بطلان نہیں) بلکہ یہ قرآن عظیم الشان ہے ﴿۲۱﴾ لوح محفوظ میں (لکھا ہوا) ﴿۲۲﴾

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
By the heaven, holding mansions of the stars,﴾1﴿ And by the Promised Day.﴾2﴿ And by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony,﴾3﴿ (Self-)destroyed were the owners of the ditch﴾4﴿ Of the fuel-fed fire,﴾5﴿ When they sat by it,﴾6﴿ And were themselves the witnesses of what they did to the believers.﴾7﴿ They had naught against them save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Owner of Praise,﴾8﴿ Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness.﴾9﴿ Lo! they who persecute believing men and believing women and repent not, theirs verily will be the doom of hell, and theirs the doom of burning.﴾10﴿ Lo! those who believe and do good works, theirs will be Gardens underneath which rivers flow. That is the Great Success.﴾11﴿ Lo! the punishment of thy Lord is stern.﴾12﴿ Lo! He it is Who produceth, then reproduceth,﴾13﴿ And He is the Forgiving, the Loving,﴾14﴿ Lord of the Throne of Glory,﴾15﴿ Doer of what He will.﴾16﴿ Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts﴾17﴿ Of Pharaoh and (the tribe of) Thamud?﴾18﴿ Nay, but those who disbelieve live in denial﴾19﴿ And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them.﴾20﴿ Nay, but it is a glorious Qur'an.﴾21﴿ On a guarded tablet.﴾22﴿
